ISLAMABAD – The elections 2018 may get delayed due large number ofobjections over the delimitation.

Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has unveiled high number ofobjections raised on the delimitation of constituencies from across thecountry.

According to Election Commission of Pakistan, a total number of 1286objections were received on delimitation of constituencies.

The highest number of objections were received from Punjab which were 706followed by Sindh with 284 objections.

The objections received from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were 192 and 104 objectionson delimitation of constituencies were received from Balochistan.

However ECP aims to conduct elections 2018 on time.
