KABUL: At least four persons were killed and 15 others injured in anexplosion in Dasht-e-Barchi area of Kabul on Sunday morning.
The local media reported that the explosion happened at a voterregistration center in Kabul.
Mohammad Dawood Amin, the Chief of Kabul police told media person that asuicide bomber had detonated his explosives in the door way of the IDdistribution offices.
This comes after a number of attacks took place against voter registrationcenter in the country last week.
Earlier on Tuesday, unknown armed men attacked a voter registration centerin Ghor province and kidnapped three IEC employees and two policemen. Ghorpolice spokesman said the attackers were Taliban.
Similarly on Thursday, unknown armed men attacked two police force membersin Jalalabad City who were guarding a voter registration center. The twopolicemen were killed in the ensuing gunfight.
