ISLAMABAD – Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has forwarded a summaryto finance ministry on Friday recommending Rs 3.22 per litre hike in petrolprice.
The regulator has recommended the ministry to hike prices of petroleumproducts for the month of May with an upward revision of petrol price by Rs3.22/litre and that of high-speed diesel by Rs 6.97/litre.
Summary dispatched to the ministry has sought increase in prices oflight-speed diesel and kerosene oil by Rs 6.95/litre and Rs 6.97/litre.
Revised prices of petroleum products will be enacted after Prime Minister(PM) Shahid Khaqan Abbasi’s approval.
