ISLAMABAD: Punjab caretaker government has directed local bodies representatives to refrain from taking part in election campaign.
According to a notification issued in Lahore, the provincial government has declared that participation of the local bodies representatives in election campaign would be a violation of the code of conduct.
It further said that legal action will be taken against those who violate the ECP code of conduct.
