TAXILA: Disgruntled Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader ChaudhryNisar Ali Khan on Wednesday said that his performance is well-known andpeople should vote for the jeep symbol in the upcoming general elections.

Addressing a campaign rally in Taxila, the former interior ministerstrongly criticised PML-N candidates and said people should not waste theirvotes on them.

“I am saying this clearly and loudly that nothing will become of themeither before or after the elections. PML-N who reached this stage onpolitical lumps, their symbol is the cat, not the lion. Don’t waste yourvotes on them,” he added.

Nisar said that people should not vote to such people their politicalcareers are over and urged to vote for the jeep symbol. “You have to voteagainst the cat and the bat,” he stated.

“My performance is well known and I have worked tirelessly for thedevelopment of the area, and I have always indulged in politics ofself-respect with my head raised high,” he further added.

He also vowed to solve the issues faced by the labourers of the HeavyIndustries Taxila after the elections.
