*LAHORE: In a surprise development Kulsoom Nawaz who was on ventilator forover a month has opened eyes and regained consciousness. *

*Maryam Nawaz and Hussian Nawaz have confirmed the development hours beforeNawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz leaving for Pakistan. *

*On the other hand, Interior Minister Punjab Shaukat Jawed said thatformer Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and daughter Maryam Nawaz will bearrested at Lahore airport tomorrow (July 13).*

He further advised the Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) supporters to remainpeaceful and let authorities do their designated work.

Jawed further stated that if the situation got out of hand the rangersshall intervene.

We are making necessary arrangements to assure that no damage is bared bythe citizens and rightful action will be taken against any individual whotries to sabotage the situation said Jawed.

Nawaz along with his Daughter Maryam will land in Lahore tomorrow and thecourt has ordered to take the convicts straight to Adyala jail through ahelicopter.

A 16 officer team formed by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) will seethrough the process. The team comprises nine NAB officers and severalpolice officers will be led by NAB director Amjad Ali.

Accountability court on July 6, handed Nawaz Sharif 10 years as jail timefor owning assets beyond income and 1 year for not cooperating with NAB inthe Avenfield properties corruption reference filed by the NationalAccountability Bureau (NAB).

His daughter Maryam Nawaz was given 7 years for abetment, and her husbandCaptain (retd) Safdar was given 1 year for non-cooperation with theanti-graft authority.

Captain (retd) Safdar was arrested on Sunday, July 8 while Maryam Nawaz andNawaz Sharif are due to return on July 13, Friday.
