KABUL: Afghan President has asked Independent Election Commission to announce the date for next year’s poll.
During a meeting with IEC members in Kbaul today, he said there should be no uncertainty over the will of the National Unity Government for holding of elections.
He also asked IEC to make arrangements for active participation of political parties and civil society in the election process.
