KARACHI – Indian intelligence RAW is alleged to be behind the terroristattack on Chinese consulate in Karachi.
Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) In-Charge Raja Umar Khattab on Saturdaysaid Indian intelligence agency, the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), wasbehind the attack on Chinese consulate in Karachi.
“Such an attack could not be executed without reconnaissance. Investigationis underway to find out from where the terrorists arrived,” he said whiletalking to media.
Umar Khattab said presence of commander of the proscribed BalochistanLiberation Army (BLA) Aslam alias Acchu in India was being investigated.

The BLA had claimed responsibility of the attack on the Chinese consulateand Aslam was the mastermind behind it. Aslam is currently being treated atMax Hospital in New Delhi. He had fled to India immediately after beinginjured in an operation by the Pakistani forces in Balochistan’s Sibidistrict.
