ISLAMABAD – Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi says peace and stabilityin Afghanistan will benefit Pakistan as well as the whole region.
He was talking to Afghan President Ashraf Ghani during a one-on-one meetingin Kabul on Monday.
Both sides discussed ways to improve bilateral relations and resolveimportant issues of regional and mutual interest.
Shah Mehmood Qureshi expressed good wishes for holding of Afghanparliamentary elections.
Afghan President thanked Prime Minister Imran Khan and Foreign MinisterShah Mehmood Qureshi for playing a crucial role in Afghan peace process.
