ISLAMABAD – Aiming to summit world’s second highest peak this winter, afour-member Spanish-Galician team, led by Alex Txikon left for k2 base campfrom Skardu in Gilgit-Baltistan.
The team consists of one Galician member, two polish members and oneSpanish member.
Team will reach at base camp after six-day trekking.Team leader Alex Txikon said they are quite inspired with the naturalbeauty and hospitality of Pakistani people.
