*ISLAMABAD – The Interior Ministry has announced to place the name ofOpposition Leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif on the exitcontrol list.*
The federal cabinet had decided to place the name of Shehbaz Sharif on theECL.
Earlier on Thursday, the Lahore High Court (LHC) had granted bail toShehbaz Sharif in the Ashiyana Housing Scheme and Ramazan Sugar Millscases. The two-member bench headed by Justice Malik Shahzad Ahmed announcedthe reserved verdict.
The court rejected the bail plea of Fawad Hassan Fawad in assets beyondknown sources of income case. However, he was granted bail in the AshiyanaHousing scandal.
