RAWALPINDI: German Ambassador to Pakistan Martin Kobler called on Chief ofArmy Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at the General Headquarters.
According to the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), they discussedmatters of mutual interest, including regional peace.
Speaking on the occasion, the envoy said the security situation in Pakistanhas improved, which would have positive effects on economic activities inthe country.
Earlier, on Dec 6, the German ambassador met with Foreign Minister ShahMahmood Qureshi.

During the meeting, he praised the efforts of Pakistan in promoting peaceand stability in the region. The foreign minister and the envoy agreed todeepen bilateral relations between the two countries in various fields.
