NEW DELHI – PM Modi raising Pakistan and cross border terrorism issue tohide its own failures in campaign, alleges Top Congress Leader

The BJP is raising issues of Pakistan and security of the country to hideits own failure during the campaign for Lok Sabha elections, GujaratCongress president Amit Chavda said on Saturday. He was reacting to thestatements by Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani.

Lashing out at BJP, Chavda said that farmers in the state are not gettingenough electricity or water and when they produce crops, they are notgetting remunerative prices in the market.

Moreover, while UPA-1 and UPA-2 governments created jobs in rural and urbanareas, the BJP-led NDA government has failed to create jobs, creatingresentment among the youth.

“BJP government is trying to hide its shortcomings by raising issues ofsecurity to divert the attention of the voters from real issues,” he said.
