Top muslim country launches ballistic missiles against Israel, warns of more such attacks

The Iran-backed Huthi rebels of Yemen have threatened more attacks against Israel if Israel's war on Hamas in Gaza continues.

They have already conducted three separate operations involving the firing of drones and ballistic missiles. The Huthi military statement, broadcast on Al-Masirah TV, confirmed their intent to continue these missile and drone strikes until Israeli aggression ceases.

This statement followed their launch of a large number of ballistic missiles and armed aircraft towards Israel on Tuesday, marking the third such operation since the start of the Gaza assault on October 7. Israel's military intercepted a "surface-to-surface missile" and reported that all aerial threats were intercepted outside of Israeli territory.

The Huthis view themselves as part of the "axis of resistance" against Israel, aligning with Tehran-backed groups in Lebanon, Syria, and Iraq.
