The police officer in the picture has been identified as Qasim Khan Niazi, holding the position of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) in Islamabad. Sources have revealed that DSP Qasim Niazi is responsible for overseeing the transfer of prisoners and acting as the judicial guard during these movements.
It has been disclosed that judicial guards accompany accused individuals during their transfers, and while the exact date of this image remains uncertain, it is alleged to have been taken during Imran Khan's transportation from Attock Jail.
Sources have reported that the image of Imran Khan was leaked by a lawyer associated with the political party. Further information suggests that DSP Qasim Niazi shared the photograph with an acquaintance who happened to be a lawyer, leading to its public circulation.
