Graft, misuse of power, loss to exchequer : NAB issues list of 71 politicians, bureaucrats

National Accountability Bureau has issued a list of 71 Politicians and Bureaucrats involved in corruption, misuse of authority and loss to National Exchequer.
According to nab Spokesperson, the list includes five Former Prime Ministers, and over four Former Chief Ministers and Ministers.
The list comprises of names of members from all major Political Parties including Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Shaukat Aziz, Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, Yousuf Raza Gilani, and Shujaat Hussain.
The names of two Former Chief Ministers of Punjab and Blochistan and three Former Chief Ministers of Sindh are also part of the list.
Shahbaz Sharif, Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, Ishaq Dar, Khwaja Asif, Khwaja Saad Rafique, Shaukat Tareen, Rana Mashood, Hanif Abbasi and Aleem Khan have been are among the politicians listed by the anti-graft body.
The NAB investigation against Ali Arshad Hakeem, Abdullah Yousuf, and Salman Siddique is already underway.
The names of Former Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervaiz Khattak, PM'S Special Assistant Zulfi Bukhari, and Babar Awan are also part of the list.
Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah, Former Federal Minister Babar Ghauri, Dr Asim, Siraj Durrani and Former I.G. Sindh Ghulam Haider Jilani have also been named in the list.
