Call to remove Sarfarz Ahmed from Test Captainancy

ISLAMABAD - The chairman of the newly formed Pakistan Cricket Board committee Mohsin Khan has suggested that Sarfraz Ahmed should be relieved from captaining the Pakistan test side.

In a statement today he said, Sarfraz is a very good and intelligent captain but captaining Pakistan in all three formats is an added burden on his shoulders.

He said Sarfraz has phenomenal record in the T-20 format as Pakistan has continuously retained top spot in this format winning ten consecutive series.

Mohsin Khan said in order to prolong his captaincy tenure he must be given some breathing space, specially with World Cup 2019 round the corner.
