*All schools across the country will remain closed on Thursday.*
The All Pakistan Private Schools Federation President Kashif Mirza confirmed the news.
“The plan of action will be decided and announced later,” he said.
On Wednesday, many schools closed early as members of a right-wing religious party started protesting the Supreme Court’s acquittal of Asia Bibi in a blasphemy case.
