President Dr. Arif Alvi says taking care of orphans is responsibility of the state.
Addressing on the occasion of Iftar Dinner arranged in honour of orphan children in Islamabad this evening, he said the ideology of Riasate Madina laid emphasis on protection of rights of Orphans.
The President urged the children to seek education and always speak truth for attaining a bright future.
