North Korean envoy to meet US secretary of state

Washington: The most senior North Korean envoy, Kim Yong Chol will hold talks with the U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo in Washington on Thursday.
It is the highest level contact between the two countries in 18 years for preparations of a historic summit between U.S. President Donald Trump and North Korean leader.
