UK NCA to impart 6 advanced courses to NAB officers

Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Qamar Zaman Chaudhry has said that NAB attaches high value to partnership with National Crime Agency (NCA) of the United Kingdom.
He was talking to Country Manager NCA Osman Ahmed in Islamabad on Wednesday.
The Chairman said that close cooperation between the two agencies will be of great help towards curbing corruption.
He appreciated NCA arranging two study visits of NAB officers to UK for capacity building, which proved very productive in improving the investigation skills and techniques of NAB staff.
He said NCA will soon finalize contents for various courses in six fields for NAB's investigation officers.
Osman Ahmed said that all the courses offered will be fully funded by NCA-UK to further enhance abilities of NAB staff to inquire and investigate corruption cases including white collar crimes.
