ISLAMABAD:Azad Kashmir Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan has directed all concerned departments to provide basic facilities including education and health to the people living alongside Line of Control.
In a statement in Muzaffarabad today (Friday), he directed that a working plan be prepared for providing facilities to six hundred fifty thousand population who are directly affected due to unprovoked firing by India.
Raja Farooq said India is targeting civilian population but they cannot be demoralized by such cowardice tactics.
The AJK Prime Minister approved provision of free text books from Nursery to Class Five to the students of thirteen constituencies at the LoC.
Meanwhile, talking to a women delegation, the AJK Prime Minister said the government wants to involve women in decision making process.
He said besides imparting training in different skills to women, they will also be given equal share in provision of interest free loans. APP/AFP
