US President Barack Obama appreciated Pakistan resolve against terrorism

WASHINGTON: US President Barack Obama appreciated Pakistan resolve against terrorism and ensured to extend US help to counter terrorism.
US President established a telephonic contact with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and extended condolences over Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park incident which killed 74 people including mostly women and children.
Obama said “The people of the United States stand with the government and people of Pakistan in this tragic moment. We will extend every help to Pakistan so that it can eliminate terror from its soil.”
Obama claimed that Pakistan has made a great progress in the fight against terrorism under the leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Pakistan will win the war.
Obama wished eagerly for meeting with PM Nawaz Sharif which was cancelled in wake of terror incident on Sunday.
Obama said “We will meet in near future and I am eagerly waiting for this meeting.”
