Former Auditor General Buland Akhtar Rana jailed for 6 months

Former Auditor General of Pakistan Buland Akhtar Rana has been punished 6 months jail which came after the Federal Investigation Agency filed a FIR against the official for concealing his Canadian nationality.
Rana was arrested from the court room after civil Judge Shabbar Bhatti announced the sentence.
President Asif Ali Zardari had appointed Buland Akhtar Rana as the Auditor General of Pakistan in 2011.
