Petroleum Prices increased despite government claims of Rs. 4 billion subsidy

Government has revised the prices of petroleum products for next fortnight.

Addressing a news conference in Islamabad on Tuesday, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar said prices of petrol has been increased by 2 rupees and 25 paisas per litre.

He said prices of light diesel and kerosene oil will remain unchanged. He said government will provide subsidy of 4 billion rupees on petroleum products.
