ISLAMABAD – Foreign intelligence agencies are tracing and intercepting phone calls of important personalities and ministries, the National Telecommunication and Information Technology Security Board said in a report Sunday.

The board said several tracking devices have been installed at the Diplomatic Enclave and Constitution Avenue that are designed to infiltrate telephone calls and messages.
