Pak Army Colonel martyred due containers blockade

RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Army Colonel embraced martyrdom while looking for an alternate route for his convoy during a container blockade at the motorway.
A Pakistan Army officer was martyred and another was critically injured in anACCIDENT on the Motorway while they were travelling from Rawalpindi to Nowshera, the ISPR said.
"An officer, Lt Col Shahid embraced shahadat while Maj Jalal got seriously injured on the Motorway," said the military's media wing.
According to the ISPR, the officers were going back to Nowshera from Rawalpindi in a military convoy this evening when they got off near Hazro to look for an alternate route and fell into a ditch.
