Mansehra-Muzaffarabad-Mangla Expressway to bring economic revolution in AJK

AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan has said that Mansehra-Muzaffarabad-Mangla Expressway under CPEC will bring economic revolution in the state.
Talking to media in Muzaffarabad on Wednesday, he said this is a four lane Express Way with interchanges at Kohalla, Rarra and Lohar Galli near capital city.
AJK Prime Minister said this is a project to be completed with the estimated cost of 400 million rupees.
He said the road will prove a milestone in the promotion of tourism and trade and economic activities in the state.
Raja Farooq Haider Khan said that about twenty four billion development budget has been spent on people welfare projects with special focus on communication sector to boost tourism and provide better travelling facilities to people.
He said the government of Pakistan has provided about two billion rupees for construction of community bunkers at Line of Control.
AJK Prime Minister said compensation to the victims of Indian firing has also been enhanced by the federal government.
He said the AJK and Federal government will soon ink an agreement regarding Neelum Jehlum Hydropower Project.
Raja Farooq Haider said the Federal government will pay 1.40 rupees to the AJK government as water use charges. The revenue of water use charges will reach to about six billion rupees.
Replying a question, he said Lady Health Workers have been regularized while problems of Police and other low paid employees would be addressed soon. One and a half billion rupees provided by the Punjab government is being paid to the students as scholarship and interest free loans to the unemployed youth.
