Asifa Bhutto Zardari pays tribute to the family of martyred female fighter pilot FO Marium

KARACHI: The daughter of former president Asif Zardari, Asifa Bhutto Zardari arrived at the residence of martyred female pilot Marium in Karachi. She expressed her grief over the death of Marium and said Marium has become an example of bravery for all the women of Pakistan, especially for girls. As per details, Asifa paid tributes to martyred pilot and offered Fateha for her. Asifa futher said that Pakistani nation is proud of her martyrdom. People will never forget her sacrifice for nation. “Flying Officer Marium Mukhtar has become an inspiration for all Pakistani women and girls,” she said while praising the family for exemplary upbringing of their daughter. “I salute Marium.” Marium was the first female pilot of PAF who got martyrdom in a crash of fighter jet near Mianwali.
