Reforms in health sector Govt’s top priority: Zafar Mirza

Special Assistant on Health Zafar Mirza has said that wide ranging reforms in the health sector is his priority.
In a statement, he said that tax and excise duty on the cigarette will be increased in the upcoming budget. He said health tax on the cigarette will help generate additional thirty billion rupees.
