PakistanPolitics- Chief Election Commissioner grills PTI over funding case

ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has on Tuesday again failed to submit details in party fund case.
The Election Commission of Pakistan resumed hearing of the Party fund case.
The counsel of PTI challenged the orders of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) in the High Court. The case will be heard tomorrow.
During the proceedings, t he counsel of PTI said that another case of the same nature is being heard in the Supreme Court and asked the commission to adjourn hearing until next week.
Chief Election Commissioner asked if the court has issued a restraining order, if not then the hearing won’t be adjourned.
