SC summons Khurshid Shah over illegal recruitment in EOBI

ISLAMABAD: Opposition leader Syed Khurshid Shah has been summoned by Supreme Court over the matter of illegal recruitment in Employees Old Age Benefit Institution (EOBI).
As per details, the hearing of illegal recruitment in EOBI was held here at today under three member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Anwar Zaheer Jamali.
During the hearing, NAB counsel took plea in court that central accused of the case is behind the bar while further investigation is continued in this case.
Supreme Court Judges said in their remarks that SC verdict on Nov 21, 2011 was violated over the matter of illegal recruitment.
Supreme Court has summoned Khurshid Shah, Labor Minister, Secretary Labor and Attorney General who were serving in 2011 year.
