Gaza braces for anniversary of demonstrations at frontier with Israel

In Gaza, Palestinians have called a mass rally tomorrow to mark the first anniversary of weekly protests in which around 200 protestors have been killed.
Meanwhile, Gaza medical officials said Israeli troops shot and wounded seven Palestinians today during the weekly Friday protests.
