CM inspects Shelter Home near Thokar Niaz Baig

LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar Friday visited the temporary shelter home set up near Thokar Niaz Baig, here.
He met with the people there, ate dinner with them and inquired about their problems.
Talking on the occasion, Usman Buzdar said that he was happy to meet with such people who deserved the attention of the government.
He also inspected under-construction shelter home and directed to expedite the construction work.
He was briefed that shelter homes would be completed by the mid of next month at Vegetable market Badami Bagh, Lorri Adda, Railways Station and Data Darbar while the shelter home of Thokar Niaz Baig would be completed by the mid of May.
Provincial Health Minister Dr. Yasmeen Rashid, Commissioner and DC Lahore, Secretary Social Welfare and others were also present on the occasion.
