LHC allows former PM Abbasi to contest election from NA-57

ISLAMABAD: A two-member Bench of Lahore High Court headed by Justice Mazahir Ali Akbar Naqvi has allowed former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi to contest National Assembly constituency NA-57.
Shahid Khaqan Abbasi had challenged his disqualification in the Lahore High Court.
Talking to media in Lahore today (Friday), Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said he will contest elections from both constituencies of the National Assembly.
Former Prime Minister said people's decision on 25th July will be in front of everyone and he will win with thumping majority.
