Pakistan raises Kashmir human rights violations with the European Parliamentarians

ISLAMABAD - Minister for Human Rights Dr Shireen Mazari has urged the visiting European Parliamentarians to raise the issue of massive human rights violations against women in Occupied Kashmir.
She stated this at a meeting with the delegation of European Parliamentarians led by Jammu and Kashmir Self Determination Movement International in Islamabad today (Tuesday).
She urged the EU to play its due role to stop the atrocities and human rights violations being committed by the Indian security forces in the occupied Kashmir.
She said International community should come forward to resolve the longstanding issue of Kashmir.
The delegation appreciated the endeavors of the government especially the Ministry of Human Rights for the protection and promotion of Human Rights and assured his full support in this regard.
