ECP rejects Zubair’s statement on electoral process

ISLAMABAD: Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has rejected the statement of Governor Sindh Muhammad Zubair who has resigned from his post, citing reservations regarding the electoral process.
In a statement in Islamabad, the ECP Spokesman said the statement of Muhammad Zubair is totally against reality and it is surprising that as Governor he was unaware of the electoral process.
The spokesman said Election Commission will issue notification regarding the elected members on Saturday.
