Pak-China Optical Fiber Cable project completed in Gilgit

Special Communication Organization (SCO) has completed Pak-China Optical Fiber Cable project in Gilgit costing 44 million dollars.
This was stated by Sector Commander Special Communication Organization Gilgit-Baltistan Col. Adeel Sabir Khan in an exclusive interview to Radio Pakistan in Gilgit on Monday.
Referring to GSM service in Gilgit-Baltistan, he said S.COM has provided mobile phone facility in eighty-five percent area while remaining fifteen percent would be covered within next eight months.
