Punjab Institute of Quran and Seerat studies to be strengthened

LAHORE (APP): An important meeting was held here on Tuesday to strenghten Punjab Institute of Quran and Seerat Studies (PIQ & SS).
Justice (R) Khalil ur Rehman Khan,Vice Chairman Punjab Institute of Quran and Seerat Studies,Nawazish Ali, Secretary/Chief Administrator Auqaf Punjab, Dr Tahir Raza Bokhary, Director General of Auqaf Punjab and other officers attended the meeting.
The meeting took important decisions, reviewed academic and research activities of the department and decided to establish a modern Islamic Library and Quran Museum.
Secretary Auqaf Nawazish Ali was hopeful that Punjab Institute of Quran & Seerat Studies will play vital role in promotion of Quran based studies and religion's understanding.
