NA-110 election matter in Supreme Court: Update

ISLAMABAD: (APP) The Supreme Court on Tuesday adjourned hearing of the NA-110 Sialkot election matter till next week and expressed displeasure over adjournment application of Khawaja Asif's counsel and remarked that in future no adjournment application would be entertained.
The division bench of the apex court comprising Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali and Justice Qazi Faez Isa heard the case filed by Usman Dar against the verdict of the Election Tribunal.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) candidate Usman Dar's lawyer Babar Awan said that NADRA has submitted its report in the court but they did not provide the report to the petitioner's counsel adding that application to get copy of the report from NADRA was not entertained.
The counsel of the petitioner said that the votes which were declared right by the NADRA were not right according to NADRA's record.
Babar Awan requested the court to issue orders to NADRA for the provision of NA-110 balloting record.
