Four day Consultative Jirga kicks off in Kabul

KABUL: In Afghanistan, a four-day grand Consultative Jirga known as Loya Jirga on Peace has started in Kabul to find ways to negotiate a peace deal with Taliban.
Meanwhile, in a statement, Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid has asked Taliban not to participate in the Jirga.
