PTI and district administration hold negotiations over rally in Lahore

LAHORE: Pakistan Tahreek-e-Insaf and district administration are holding negotiations here at today over the rally of PTI that is schedule on May 1 on Chairing Cross in Lahore.
As per details, three alternative venues have been suggested by district administration but PTI is not ready to change the venue. A written application has also been sent to district administration by PTI but administration informed PTI over security threats for holding rally in an open venue.
Last day, PTI leaders were informed by administration that Lahore High Court has banned any kind of rallies on Mall Road so PTI could not be allowed to hold rally at Chairing Cross.
PTI leadership was suggested to hold gathering here at Samnabad, Dongi Ground, Nasir Bagh and Football Stadium however, PTI delegation head Mian Aslam Iqbal refused to accept suggestions of administration saying that venue of rally would not be changed.
