A distinctive legal petition against PM Kakar has been filed to ECP

In Islamabad, an application has been submitted to the Election Commission, requesting the removal of Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar.

The application, filed by Syed Azizuddin Kakakhel, a lawyer from the Supreme Court, alleges that the presence of the Prime Minister could potentially exert undue influence on the upcoming elections, raising concerns about their transparency.

To ensure a fair and transparent electoral process, the application calls for the removal of both the Prime Minister and Privatisation Minister Fawad Hasan Fawad from their current positions.

Additionally, the petition seeks the removal of Caretaker Advisor Ahad Cheema and Principal Secretary Syed Tauqeer Hussain.
