ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Water Resources, Faisal Vawda said Pakistan was moving forward for peace talks despite negative propaganda of India.

Talking to a private news channel, he said the decision of opening Kartarpur border was a positive message given by the leadership of Pakistan to India and the same was expected from he other side.

Commenting on health facilities for the cabinet members, he said in the past, the leaders had been making foreign tours for medical treatment, while in Pakistan there were a number of hospitals available for best treatment.

He said the present government had banned availing medical facilities abroad for cabinet members.

About the former finance minister, he said Ishaq Dar was an absconder who had cases against him in Pakistan. PML-N had a history of fleeing the country to avoid cases, he added.
