Russia says it will respond in kind to West's expulsions

MOSCOW:Russia says it would respond in kind to the mass expulsion of its diplomats by the West over the poisoning of former Russian double agent Sergei Skripal in the English city of Salisbury.
Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu said a Russian military aircraft had, for the first time since the Cold War, conducted a training flight via the North Pole to North America.
There was no immediate indication whether the flight was linked to Russia’s standoff with the West. APP/AFP
