Why Babar Azam was reluctant to play last T20 match against New Zealand?

Babar Azam was urged to play in the fifth T20 against New Zealand. Despite facing a 1-4 defeat in the T20 series against New Zealand, there was a threat of a clean sweep after initial four losses. During a press conference, Babar Azam mentioned a groin injury and initially considered not participating in the match.
However, despite concerns, he played but got out after scoring 13 runs off 24 balls, including a dropped catch.
Babar Azam remained the top scorer in the series with 213 runs and played a crucial role as a captain.
His stellar batting performance, along with bowlers' excellent display, led Pakistan to a victory by 42 runs and avoided a 0-5 series defeat.
