Omar directs CEOs of DISCOs to visit complaint centers

Federal Minister of Energy (Power Division) Omar Ayub Khan has directed Chief Executive Officers of the distribution companies to personally visit complaint centers at all levels to check the status of complaints of consumers and their effective redressal.
He said a helpline 118 has been established for the consumers to register their complaints through mobile phone. Consumers can also register their complaints through sending SMS on 8118.
