Imprisoned Hanif Abbasi shifted to PIC over cardiac issue

*LAHORE – Imprisoned Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) leader Hanif Abbasi has reportedly suffered from heart problem.*
*He is a convict in the ephedrine case and was shifted to Punjab Institute Cardiology (PIC) from camp jail after suffering heart problem.*
According to the sources, the PML-N leader was shifted to hospital from Jail when he got worse condition. The sources also said that Abbasi was unwell for the last couple of days.
According to doctors, Hanif Abbasi is suffering from cardiac issue and there was blockage in one of his heart s vain. The PML-N leader is serving life sentence in Lahore’s Camp Jail in relation to the ephedrine case.
*On Oct 4*, 2018, *Hanif Abbasi* link shifted from Attock jail to Kot Lakhpat prison in Lahore. Inspector General (IG) Punjab Shahid Baig said that the imprisonment has been shifted to Lahore jail for his treatment. He also said that his health condition is not better and there is lack an adequate hospital facility in Attock.
