Modi government in India has failed to protect minorities: Report

NEW DELHI: Human Rights Watch had published a report and declared that Indian Government has failed in protecting religious minorities.
The HRW said that religious minorities, Muslims and Christians are not safe in India.
Hindu groups threatened and harassed them and sometimes attacked them due to inflammatory remarks of political leaders.
Indian government has failed to maintain law and order. Foreign funding for civil societies has been blocked including Greenpeace India and Ford foundation.
HRW has published the report on website and reviewed human rights practices in more than 90 countries.
