In a mockery of law, NAB accused PAC Chairman summons top NAB officials

ISLAMABAD – Macking mockery of law in Pakistan, a NAB accused turned Public Accounts Committee (PAC) Chairman Shehbaz Sharif summoned the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) top officials.

He on Monday summoned top officials with the all details of NAB cases.

Shehbaz Sharif chaired first meeting of PAC which was held in Islamabad. During the meeting, the PAC chairman directed that the NAB should come up with details for a briefing on the cases referred to it by the committee.

The PAC committee also sought the details of cases sent to NAB and FIA in the past.

Sardar Nasrullah Dareshak said that PAC should not give the impression of pressurizing any organization. “It will never happen,” replied Shehbaz. The chairman also said the PAC would take decision in accordance with law. He also sought cooperation of the members to run the affairs of the PAC in a smooth and constructive way.
